6)CHARACTERISTICS

1.       Because of very small particle size and larger surface area, Transparent activated zinc oxide causes very powerful activation of the cure.

2.       Subsequent additions of Transparent activated zinc oxide raise the degree of the crosslinkage and thus improve the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates, Above all, it improves the modulus, tear-resistance, and resistance to abrasion.

3.       Good dispersion due to porous form caused by coherence to aggregate particles.

4.       Vulcanizates containing Transparent activated zinc oxide resist aging and gives good protection against flex Cracking .

5.      Transparent activated zinc oxide does not affect the color of the Vulcanizates. Indeed T-ZAO even reduces yellowing in white and light-colored rubber goods exposed to strong sunlight.
